Episode 27 | Detoxing Your Life Part 1 Today is the first day of spring and we thought this was the perfect time of year to talk about detox since most of us have the natural urge to purge the junk in their lives and take on the new season with a healthier flare this time of year. What do you think about when we say the word “detox”? A juice cleanse? Expensive supplements? Restricting animal products? A sort of “punishment” to help get you into those skinny jeans?

Yah, that’s not really our style.

On today’s episode, we’re re-defining detox. Because we’ve made it a little crazy and even harmful. We forget that our bodies should be detoxing all the time—sadly with all the life stressors, normal detox properties aren’t happening as efficiently as they should. We dig into how we approach detox with the whole body in mind and how you can create an atmosphere and lifestyle that naturally encourages every day detox.

We also get specific with our top 5 favorite areas to focus on for internal detox and give you steps to take to create better health and balance in each.
