The Preconception Prep Course is a 6-week online program designed to educate and empower couples on their path to getting pregnant and creating a super healthy baby. Each week, during our webinar workshops, we'll dive into all the areas of nutrition and healthy living that help to optimize your health and ultimately boost your fertility, improve pregnancy outcomes and best of all–create a little one that flourishes.

***The program is intended for couples, but I understand that not all significant others want to hop on board the healthy train (why are they so stubborn!?). That's OK. Getting your amazing body ready through this program and sharing some of the knowledge you obtain actively or passively (via amazing food and healthy home products! You're so sneaky!) with your partner will do wonders for your conception journey!
